THIS IS part 3, of a three part "build together" series, where we build an email auto-drafter for your customer support emails.

This week, we are adding the ability for you to give repeatable knowledge about your business/brand/policies/etc. to the AI as it drafts an email response.

I must say, I'm excited about this one. Every winery team I've talked to is time "poor" and nothing sucks time and attention like email.

My hope is that this helps at least one team out there cut down on email time.
